KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Articulates MVC concepts and its’ Struts implementation
Create Struts forms and action classes, apply validation rules and conditional navigation
Use Tiles framework for view composition
Demonstrate ability to integrate Struts with Spring and Hibernate
Web development experience in a commercial environment
Hands-on experience on XML, JSP and AJAX

Desired Profile:
Very clear concepts of technical UI layer elements like HTML, Javascript and CSS
Worked on projects using IDE integrated with SCM (Source code management tools like Clearcase, SVN, PVCS) and application server
Hands-on experience of remote web application debugging from the IDE (RAD, WSAD, Eclipse)
Ability to write, execute and debug unit test cases (JUnit, StrutsTestCase)
Experience: 3 - 8 Years
