Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

1.Implement the HR processes for different countries to ensuresmooth HR operations.

2.Taking up briefing /Orientation  sessions for employees travelling onsite.

3.Maintain high level of data acuracy.

4.Ability to perform  repeatable and SLA driven HR processes with speed and relaibility.

5.Working very closely anf being  extended arm of the local country offices and liase with stake holders such as the Business Units,Travels and Visa,Finance and other HR team members to resolve employeee queries.

6.Be a SPOC for assigned  counntries and be a shadow resource for other esource.

7.bility to provide consistent and reliable rlevant  information /MIS to stke holders.
