Deputy Manager -Inprocess Quality Audit, BE with 5~ 8 Yrs Exp 

Deputy Manager -Quality System Improvement, BE with 5~ 8 Yrs Exp 

Deputy Manager -Stitching / Sewing machine [ Seats], BE with 5~ 8 Yrs Exp 

Manager -Quality Black Belt Certified, BE with 5~ 8 Yrs Exp 

Team Leader -Electrical Maintenance, DEE with 2+ Yrs Exp 

                

Automotive Experience

TITLE:   Electrical Engineer                                              

BASIC FUNCTION:                        Applies electrical and control theory to test, modify and diagnose                          

                                     

                                                                                                 the electronic and electrical components on all production and

             plant equipment.

SPECIFIC DUTIES :           1.         Diagnose and resolve causes of electrical and mechanical

malfunctions on all equipment.

2.         Assist the maintenance department in installing new                                    

                                    electronic/electrical control equipment and making it

operational.

3.         Develops engineering specifications for electrical control

systems and equipment modifications.

4.         Provides technical support to the maintenance department

when required.

5.         Plans, directs and records periodic electrical analysis on the

production equipment.

6.         Recommends and initiates modifications or replacement of

equipment which fail to meet operating standards.

7.         Provides training for the maintenance department on the

operation and diagnostics of the machine controls and                                                                     

                                    motor controllers.

8.         Research and implement cost effective upgrades to the

equipment and facilities.

9.         Research and implement the most cost effective                                          

                                    replacement of electrical control parts.

          10.         Provide technical support for the office computers and

computer systems.

          11.         Keep updated electrical drawings and schematics on all

production and plant equipment.

          12.         Recommends the electrical spare parts inventory for all                                                                   

                                    new and existing production equipment to insure maximum

machine utilization.

          13.         Provides technical support, if needed, to all other ASG                                                                   

                                    foam production facilities.

          14.         Keep abreast with the latest in control technology.

REPORTING

RELATIONSHIP:                            Plant Engineer

EDUCATION  REQUIRED:          College degree in Electrical Engineering or Associates                                                                     

                                    degree with equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:         Background in computers and computer systems.                                                                            

                                    Programming and troubleshooting of PLC=s.

TRAINING NEEDS:                       As deemed necessary to enhance the position and/or to

become more effective.
